Have you ever considered that shifting your attention from an inward focus to an outward focus could revolutionize your health and happiness?
This book is an autobiographical account of someone who was counseled to give away a gift a day for 29 days in a row as a way to support her healing journey. It tells about the gifts she gave, the circumstances under which she gave them, and how she healed in the process, both physically and emotionally. It’s an compelling story, and may well inspire you to take on a similar commitment yourself. (At least that’s what it did for me!)
How book group Works
Weekly Zoom calls on Mondays from 12-1pm EST, Feb 3 – March 3 (you’ll get the link after you register)
Weekly reflection questions to deepen the discussion
Sessions will NOT be recorded—this is about being present and engaged
Breakout rooms will likely be used for more intimate conversations
At the end, you’ll receive a feedback form to share your experience & suggest future books
This structure represents my favorite way to read books: in community, over time, with space to reflect and experiment with new ideas in daily life.
