Do you care deeply about people and community?

Do you get excited about helping people connect to their unique gifts, and build close and caring relationships with others?

Connection Cards help you do these things even more powerfully.

In the 3-week Connection Card Lab, you’ll practice incorporating these valuable tools into your life and work, to see for yourself the ideas they can spark and the impact they can make.

This program not only encouraged me to put my heart into action, but Anne imparted inspirational and practical guidance that I carried through into my professional life. The last piece that really left a mark was the community I gathered with during the program; they inspired me and left me feeling connected and hopeful.

What are Connection Cards?

On one level, a Connection Card is just a small piece of card stock printed with a word or short phrase.

Used well, however, it is a powerful tool for human connection.

Here is an overview of the two main types of Connection Cards.

Who is this program for?

This would be a great fit for you if:

  • You are a leader whose work it is to help people heal, grow and thrive (perhaps a coach or educator; counselor or therapist; health practitioner or healer; or community or spiritual leader)

  • You are looking for new tools to support your people’s growth, create trust in groups, or simply enliven your work

  • Your own self-care practices, or relationships with friends, family or colleagues, could use some extra attention

  • You have a positive reaction to many of the Connection Card messages

It might not be a great fit right now if:

  • You aren’t particularly focused on bringing out the best in people or groups

  • You don’t want, or have the time, to try something new

  • You don’t resonate with the Connection Card messages

  • You’re already fired up in your work, and have an abundance of ideas that you’re putting into practice

What is involved?

This short program consists of three online sessions (90 min each), which will help you think about how you’d like to use connection cards in your life and work, and then give it a try.

  • Session One: Meet the group. Get to know your cards, and decide how you’d like to use them over the next two weeks.

  • Session Two: Check in. Get coaching and encouragement around common challenges.

  • Session Three: Share your stories. Reflect on and celebrate what you learned. Explore what might come next.

How does it help?

Four key elements combine to make the program effective:

  1. Novelty - As a new and versatile tool, Connection Cards can bring renewed energy into your work and interactions.

  2. Simplicity - The activities you’ll choose from are clear and straightforward. You’re free to adapt them to your own needs, but don’t need to design anything from scratch.

  3. Accountability - Having a specific timeline to follow, and a whole group of people participating together, motivates you to take action rather than procrastinate.

  4. Inspiration - Sharing with other heart-centered leaders expands your network, and exposes you to ideas and possibilities you wouldn’t have thought of on your own.

What does it cost?

For $97, you get the three sessions above, a Connection Card Starter Kit (25 Kindness Cards and 35 Mindful Self-Care Cards), and unlimited email support during the program.
